“An assistant manager named Matt went above and beyond to help me find a particular pair of pants that my son loves. There were only 2 in the whole country and he tracked them down and helped us purchase them! Brooks Brothers quality can’t be beat!!”
“I was here yesterday with my family. Andrew was in the store at the time holding down the fort. He was a serious delight. He not only helped me, he was gracious with my son. It is clear that this gentleman is great with others and great at what he does. Later, Tara was in when I went back for a pair of pants in a pinch, she was also a gem. The staff here is solid.”
“Nice store and friendly staff! A very nice place to go shopping around the area. Lots of stores and some places to eat. The shopping has a lot of variety (toy stores, jewelry, kitchen, clothes, etc). Open later as well so nice variety in hours and availability.”
“It's like every other gap outlet, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. They do have some good deals. If you really spend the time you can find good stuff on clearance too but it doesn't usually stay organized. Friendly employees.”
“I love old navy, I will die on this hill. The $8-10 t shirts and tank tops are the only thing I wear anymore to work. Since I'm in a lab, my shirts don't last, however I will say I get especially upset when I've worn a shirt twice and due to no fault of my own (because it didn't come in contact with chemicals) there are multiple holes in the shirt. I am getting so beyond tired of only being able to wear a shirt two or three times before I can no longer wear it in public because there are so many holes in it. The quality both in the regular store and the outlet stores has gone down hill and I think for the price they are charging, it is not worth it for me to only wear it twice. This problem keeps happening, more people keep talking about it and old navy does nothing. My only suggestion is really think about the shirts you are buying, and if you will be ok with having to throw them out or only wear them around the house after two wears.”
“Stopped here on the way home from a resort visit. Selection was decent (though long sleeve clothing is still coming in, so size and color availability were inconsistent) and pricing/promotions were similar to their major competitor. I had no issues with the staff. The only oddity is I was being offered a chance to purchase a bag for 15 cents. I thought maybe this was a local bag fee but no other outlet stores charged for bags. Seems a bit cheap.”
