My daughter got her ears pierced 2 weeks ago. The person who pierced them was amazing with her. The customer service was amazing! The store is a decent size & they have awesome products! Highly recommend this location. Sad I can’t remember the young ladies name bc I would highly recommend her for piercing. The quality also of the earrings is amazing. 10 out 10

I like Claire's. They have alot of unique items. You can find alot of accessories if you are dressing up. They are inexpensive.

I went here with my daughter and as soon as we came in, the associate went to the back room as she was on her cell phone.We waited around for help but she didn't come out from the back because she was too busy talking on the phone so we left.We went to the Piercing Pagoda in the Stroud Mall instead and I'm glad we did. They did an amazing job piercing my daughter's ears and were way more welcoming.

Great place Sophia loved it!!!! Great place to come and bring your kids to shop and just spent some time looking at cute little stuff for their birthday or just a regular day that you just wanna have a little fun with your little ones the only thing is that They only had one only had one person for register and the same person was taking care of the people with ears piercing so we had to wait for like 30 minutes just to pay for Sophia stuff so that's the only negative, the employee was great but having to wait for her to do piercing on a customer was annoying but not going to complain but otherwise come on down and enjoy the store it's great for the kids I loved it Sophie had a blast. Big sales!!! They are following full COVID-19 guidelines mask is required

I will be 90 years old and still shopping in Claire's. The earrings are fun, the false nails are good quality, and everything is just SO COLORFUL. I loved it as a kid and always will.
