This pharmacy is a joke! Between the cvs app that says your Prescription is ready then you get there and they tell you that either they have never recieved your prescription or it’s not available until days later! I went to another drug store and they had my meds IN STOCK! The cvs tells me it due to the drug companies not making enough. REALLY??? Way to pass the “buck” FIXS YOUR MISMANAGEMENT PROBLEMS!!!!!

The pharmacist tonight ( 5/12 ) would not even speak to me when I was trying to ask a question about what kind of otc medicine to get for allergies/sore throat. Instead, the pharmacy tech had to go back and forth asking him, when he could’ve just taken the 1 minute to step aside to recommend me. Very unprofessional of him considering he is the pharmacist, and I felt so bad for the techs working beside him. Extremely miserable. Otherwise, the tech that helped me was extremely nice and helped me out as much as she could.

I believe Cvs could improve their customer experience, by not fabricating a false procedure while picking up medications. At approximately 5:40 pm on December 24 2024 I went to pick up medication at the drive thru window. I was met by Casey a female employee at this location. I gave her the necessary information for her to look up the medication, she then stated the medication was not on file, although I pick up the medication weekly. Casey then stated she had to check something out, to which we were left at the.window for an additional 10 minutes. During that time I took the liberty of calling my doctor to verify if the prescription had been sent. My doctor stated the medication was sent and will resend it immediately. After the 10 minutes had elapsed Casey returned to the drive thru window and stated that their are in fact refills, but that we must follow a specific protocol of calling ahead prior to picking up medications. This is totally false and i believe Casey was deliberately trying to mislead us. I frequently go here to pick up medication and if I have to wait a few minutes for the preparation of the medication, I wait for it. I also believe Casey did not want to work the remaining 20 minutes prior to the pharmacy closing. Please share some professionalism next time.
