I needed to get a loan payoff letter to refinance my auto loan. For some reason I needed to come in person to do so (that's why the 4 stars), and Leslie made it so easy! She even emailed me the document so I'd have an electronic copy.

Paid my car bill today. I got the women with a grey dress behind the counter. She was very nice and helpful. I was in and out.
