I saw on the window advertisement that the jeans were buy one get one free, and I was shopping for jeans that very same day! After going stored a store and not finding anything suitable, I saw the Levi’s store and immediately went in there because of the ad advertisement for the buy one get one free!
After trying on some clothes and having them fit me very well I wanted a pair in a darker color, that’s when Helen came up and asked if I needed help, and I asked her that I wanted in a darker color, and she was very knowledgeable and where they were at, and whether Levi’s jeans had a darker color at the store.
I was very impressed by the deal and by the help of Helen. So happy with my purchase.

I RARELY go out shopping. I would honestly admit that I am an online shopper (even though I live 15 minutes away from the outlets). I don’t mind buying clothes online, but jeans just have to fit just right. I needed shorts for the summer and I decided to go on a holiday weekend because the deals were good. I am not use to getting service or even being acknowledged when walking into the store but the team here…omg they UNDERSTAND and LIVE in purpose. When they didn’t have a size that I wanted, I had options - they could order it for me online. When I wanted a size that they didnt have on the floor they brought it out from the back and when I was looking for my size on the floor another associate came and found it for me. When I was in the fitting in the room, the associate in the fitting room got the sizes I needed when I had needed a different size. I felt seen and important when they were just doing what should be done at stores I guess but in reality when you do need help at other stores the staff is usually caught up in a conversation and make you feel awkward that you feel rude to even interrupt. I’m so grateful for the people that were there that day, they helped me more than they could ever know because they saved me so much time!

The Levi Strauss store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of the better outlet experiences I’ve had. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean and organized everything was. The layout made it really easy to find what I was looking for without having to dig through messy racks.
What stood out the most was the amount of sizes they had in stock. Whether it was jeans jackets or shirts there were plenty of options in all the common sizes. That’s something I don’t always see at outlet stores so it was a big plus. It made trying things on and finding the right fit quick and easy.
They had a great variety of styles too. From classic 501s to newer fits like 511s and 512s there was something for everyone. Prices were solid with a lot of items marked down from regular retail and even more savings on clearance racks.
The staff was friendly and helpful but also gave space to shop without hovering. One person offered to check in the back for a size just in case and came back quickly with it.
Overall it was a smooth experience with good service great selection and fair prices. If you’re looking for Levi’s this location is definitely worth a stop.

I have always had an issue finding jeans that fit me perfectly everywhere. I went into Levis today and asked John (I believe) if he was able to help me find a pair of jeans, he was EXTREMELY helpful. In retail it is really hard to find good customer service and John was so helpful, patient and genuinely seemed like he wanted me to find jeans as badly as I wanted to find a good pair. After trying many pairs on in all different styles and length I explained to him the issue I was having with the gap in the back of the pants, he said he would be right back & brought back a pair of jeans that fit PERFECT. The customer service from every team member in the store was outstanding. That was my first experience shopping at Levis & they have definitely gained a customer for life. I ended up purchasing 4 pairs of jeans and left the store so happy. After years of going into stores and just never feeling 100% happy about the jeans & even the customer service within the stores today that changed. I highly recommend this store & this staff!

My wife loves the Levi brand. She found 4 pairs of jeans, 2 of which were a new style for her. Going back for another purchase. One recommendation would be to put the smaller sizes on the lower shelves so shorter people, like my wife, instead of the top shelves where the shorter smaller jeans are stacked out of reach.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. All three of the staff were kind and courteous throughout my visit. They helped me to find my size and styles that worked for me and even helped me navigate the clearance section. It was well organized (better than I’ve seen elsewhere!) & since I am currently disabled I had trouble doing it on my own since my sizes were towards the bottom shelf.
Charito was more than happy to help me pick what I needed and even suggested that I try on a dress, which I LOVED! Overall the best experience I’ve had buying jeans in a long time - they really took the guesswork and stress out of it.

The associate I dealt with had personality, knew his products, and current promotions (which helped us both since an additional purchase was made). Seems simple, but these are lost traits by most workers these days! Thanks to the guy from upstate NY who made for a positive experience!

Please don't buy jeans from Levi's, i brought 3 pairs of jeans and they all shrunk. I was told that i had to call customer service for all defects. customer service didn't take my money the store did .
