ATM is out of service multiple times a week, every week. Inside they have 1 person helping people. RIDICULOUS! If you're gonna close all the other banks in the area because you're a greedy bank, at least have more employees in the lobby!!

Con: Do not expect help from this PNC branch. The management will ignore you and refuse to help you. If you think that you or your accounts will never need any assistance or changes, ever, then I recommend this bank. If you think you'll ever need to speak with anyone for any reason, about anything, then go to a bank that is responsive. Pro: the ATM works

I've had nothing but excellent service. Place is always empty cause they get people in and out quickly. They are very pleasant and they give me the bills I always ask for without a problem. I always get the same teller and she is a sweetheart. Can't remember her name , but will post it later. She sits at the 2nd window from the left.

Walked in today to withdraw an amount. Felt attacked by Maria. Back and forth with her about large bills requests. Her co worker Tamara jumped in front of others customers and interrupted my conversation with Nick the manager. Ended up closing my accounts because of the back and worth with the initial teller plus the rude co worker. Seems like they won’t be accountable for their unprofessionalism. Very poor customer service. I will be calling customer to complain and hold this branch accountable.

I called corporate headquarters, I called the call center, and I called the branch for PNC to no avail. PNC made me change my account from a regular checking account to a spendwallet. Not a good idea. PNC has no heart, they lie and they take your money at their own discretion. If you are not wealthy, walk away.

Always try to call in, they put me on hold for a rep, then hang up my call after a couple minutes. I never get to speak to anyone. Guess I have to make a trip out to the location for a question that could have easily been relayed over the phone. Branch is terrible.

Thank God this is not my normal bank. They are terrible. Love my Blakeslee branch and if they were anything like Tannersville I would change banks.

Worst customer service in all my banking. This branch is the worst. They need new or more training or a wipe out of management and start over.
