“This is an up scale store so some of the prices are higher than I'm used to but when I went I got great deals on quite a few things and although some may consider it expensive, bc it's an outlet store they are lower than a regular Ann Taylor.”

My only concern this time was the white employee with glasses in kids shoe section using an F bomb in front of my toddler when talking to another coworker. Keep that in the back room. All my other times here were great.”

“Had a good sale. I have a love hate relationship with outlet stores. You aren't really saving money and you're apt to spend more because because you made the jaunt. However they had a BOGO on some colored tims I've been eyeing for years so I finally got them. Every one was friendly and helpful if after a picayune bit of nudging. I only come to this outlet store on the way back from New York . Always stop in the timberland store and now I'm fitted for Fall!”

I’m a financial planner with a focus on retirement wealth strategies, primarily serving business women and LGBTQ individuals.)I visited the Coach store because I was looking for a specific item; a small handbag appropriate to carry during conferences. I happened to be attending an investment conference this week in Pensilvania.This was a good visit. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The was no pressure as I shopped but I was offered help a few times as I walked around. I found exactly what I was looking for and was offered a coupon. (Which did in fact get me to spend more!)This store is large, clean and with a great selection. The prices are steep but hey, I expected that. So for folks on a budget, maybe don’t shop outlets too often.Lastly, this is an LGBTQ friendly place, and an LGBTQ friendly organization, they store layout is accommodating to people with strollers or accessibility needs. Plenty of party right outside.”

“It's a nice enough store with lots of shoes boots etc BUT all the shoes that I looked at there were few were in my size ..I don't understand how you keep stock of things.And no I don't want my shoes sent to me because if I wanted to have them sent to me I would have ordered them from the website ..Ya know what I mean?Truly hate going to that outlet anyway far too many out-of-towners the yes & I understand that's the point of the place.I couldn't Bring my stick to look around anymore to try to find anything else to get that buy one get one 50% off that store is so packed”

I had no idea, when I came back two weeks later they were behind the counter waiting for me with my receipt and a note. Top notch service, gotta give them a go!
