“My big shoe size is hard to find. Helpful knowledgeable sales rep Rob suggested a pair for my needs and was able to order them from their online warehouse and have them shipped to my home. He also was able to take a credit card payment right there so I could avoid the long line.
We were there on a sunny Sunday and it was very busy and crowded, but all the sales staff were friendly and helpful! We appreciate that; many of the stores in this outlet mall do not have the quality of staff that Nike does.”
“Went to the Tannersville PA outlets recently. One of sales associates, Deneita , helped me find the size and the color I wanted in Converse. They didn't have them in stock but she found & ordered them from another location and had them shipped to my home, which I received w/o any issues. The associates are friendly and helpful at this location, and I will happily drive into PA to shop at this store. Thankyou!”
“Some staff are helpful some are not. FYI, this is the only store I shop at that does not honor the Simon's VIP discount offer. Other stores offer it on whole purchase. like 10% off and $$ off regardless of items. I was surprised some of the staff can even remember which model and size was discontinued when.”
“This is a good store. They have actual regular product on sale and not just made for outlet crap. The manager was also really fantastic! Even though it was closing time on a Sunday she helped me find and try on a bunch of stuff, never rushed me and was super helpful. A rare customer service experience at an outlet store.”
“Brandon is excellent as his job! I went in there and he answered all my questions even when there were other customers he was able to take care of everyone. I later came back to the store after shopping around and he went above and beyond finding all the sizes I need it and help me out. He has a great disposition very professional and friendly. “The Under Armour store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is one of the best stores in the whole outlet. It’s big clean and really easy to shop in. Everything is laid out by section and size so you’re not digging through random racks trying to find what you need.
They had a huge selection of activewear for men women and kids. Tons of options for workout clothes hoodies joggers shoes and accessories. The prices were great too with a lot of items on sale and even more savings on clearance racks. I was able to grab a few things I actually needed without spending a ton.
One thing I really appreciated was how well-stocked the store was. No empty shelves or missing sizes. It felt like they were ready for crowds and kept things organized even when it started to get busy.
The staff was friendly and available if you had a question but also gave you space to shop. Checkout was fast and easy and everything just ran smoothly from start to finish.
If you’re looking for high quality gear at outlet prices this Under Armour store is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be coming back for sure.”

“I was looking to purchase some used skis to practice with and stopped by Poconos Ski Rentals. The 3 people I encountered during my visit were all extremely helpful and friendly. I was unsure which length ski would work best for me so the owner, Grace was accommodating and gave me the option to check out 2 different ski lengths to see which ones are better prior to buying them. Their one day ski rental package is $37, which comes with ski, boots, and helmet. Much cheaper than the resort prices. I would recommend stopping by here for a look before committing to resort rentals.”
