Craig and Ian were more than helpful in helping me size out and pick new boots for the season. There was a mess up at check out that was solved IMMEDIATELY. Great customer service, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Will come back!! 10 out of 5 experience. Great deals too!!!

Been buying stuff here since being a very young man but it’s been a minute, until now. This team is well trained and well led. Many of them have been doing their jobs in this place for decades. Deals and prices are super fair. Kudos to Ian and Mark especially. Looking forward to the next experience at the Loft.

Had a great experience with Jada, she was very knowledgeable and personable. A different ski shop put me in boots too big and was making skiing horrible but she properly fitted me in a fantastic boot making skiing fun again. Thank you Jada
