“Friendly service, Bruce helped me get set up with renting a a U-Haul trailer with no hassle. I actually had my shackle on instead of a trailer hitch and ball, but Bruce directed me to the nearby tractor supply where I got the items I needed. There's self storage on site too if you need it. Highly recommended”

“Your app doesn't work very well. I had to talk with FIVE different agents before my reservation showed up on the app. Fortunately, the last agent, Clayvon, knew what the others apparently didn't and got things working in about 5 - 10 minutes. You need more agents like him!
In the end, I didn't even need the app running as the pickup location doesn't use that system. So, I wasted over an hour with the 4 other agents for absolutely no purpose. Clayvon knew that having the reservation in the app wouldn't matter, but he said he could quickly fix the issue so we did. Why didn't the other agents know how to use the website to get my reservation to show up? The fourth agent told me he was submitting a trouble ticket and that someone would put the reservation into the app for me. I waited two days and the reservation never showed up. That's why I called Clayvon. Had the fourth agent's promise been kept, I wouldn't have had to call again. Or had any of the first four agents told me I didn't need the reservation in the app to pick up a truck from Honest Auto, I could simply have ignored the issue.
Honest Auto was great! The counterperson was very friendly and efficient and told me to call her directly the next time I need a truck to avoid all the nonsense. I will absolutely do that going forward!”

“I am writing to report a serious safety issue with the dolly (or trailer, if applicable) I rented. Upon inspection, the left taillight was non-functional, meaning there was no working stop light or left turn signal. This issue existed prior to my rental, and I noted that an employee was made aware of the issue at the time of pickup.
I request that this safety concern be addressed immediately to prevent future risk. Furthermore, given the significant inconvenience and potential safety hazard this created during my rental.
