Yankee Candle provides an amazing experience with extremely kind and very friendly staff who offer the best customer service. Associates are always nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and diligent. They listen, advise, and lay out options with a smile. The store is an awesome place, always clean and immaculate, with so many options and many seasonal scents. It is great for gifts, including personalized items and custom labels that can be created in minutes. The store offers sales and specials, like selective candles sold in multi-packs. Customers look forward to returning and know recipients will cherish the beautiful, decorative gifts, which can become a hit.

We were just waited on by the best customer service gal tonight at your shop. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and she laid out the options with a smile on her face and the friendliest interaction at 20 mins before close! Lukas (sp) is a gem. Keep her and give her a raise!
