I’m writing this review on my grandma behalf. Recently my grandmother went to the AT&T in Pittsburgh mills. Her phone was so jacked up through programming. She took it to the store and was greeted by a man named Charles. He was very knowledgeable and treated us like family even though we’re not AT&T customers. He even held the door for us. He also went over a plan with my Grandma that would be beneficial to her. We will go see Charles today.

David is an absolute ROCK STAR! He is very knowledgeable and patient. Even by himself he was taking care of multiple people while giving us the attention when it was needed. Find a way to keep David by all means please.
