Highland Tire offers a wide range of services, including new tires, retreaded tires, and quick tire repair or replacement. Located in Allegheny County, just northeast of Pittsburgh, they serve the surrounding areas, including Natrona Heights, Tarentum, Oakmont, Lower Burrell, Fox Chapel, and Gibsonia. Customers consistently praise the friendly and helpful staff, who go the extra mile to make the experience pleasant. Reviewers mention free soda for kids and carnations for the ladies, as well as a comfortable lounge area with entertainment, like "The Price is Right" playing on the television. The service is described as proficient, with quick turnaround, and the staff is said to be cooperative, willing to explain things without pressure. While the prices may be a bit higher, the quality of service makes it worth it for many customers, who have been returning to Highland Tire for years.
The service was good - I got a tire with a leak diagnosed and replaced promptly for less than other tire dealers charge, but the tire warranty had expired (a year after purchase) so I got less than half the rated tire mileage.
