This used to be a great pharmacy. Customer service has gone downhill. My husband went over to order cpap supplies because his has a hole in it. They confirmed it was ordered and would be delivered to my house. That was two weeks ago. I called the 724 number and the person was difficult to understand but did tell me no order was ever put through! WHAT? He cannot go without his cpap and waiting two weeks is inexcusable, and it’s still not ordered! We want an English speaking person and someone from the store, not a call center! There has to be an easier way! What happened to customer service? What happens if I get afib again because of not receiving my equipment! Someone needs to assist us!

I just received a quickie Q 700 M and Jim Christie the ATP with you guys couldn’t have been a nicer guy. It was a pleasure working with him and I would just like to think Blackburns overall for giving me some of my mobility back. Jim adjusted everything perfectly and even took my old QM 710 also from quickie, I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Thank you Blackburns

Service was very good. Received confirmation call then received supplies promptly, even before I had used the supplies given to me by the wound clinic. I did tell my nurse at the wound clinic about great service and would like them to use Blackburn's again for any other medical supplies I might need.

I have been a customer of Blackburns for well over 10 years and overall they are pretty fair to deal with, they have sent people to my home that had no idea what they were doing, I actually had to tell one guy what to do but if you get the right person then it’s no problems and you get great service, I’m writing this to say thank you to Blackburns employees Ryan and Stone, if you can request Ryan, he’s knowledgeable, courteous, knows how to make a customer happy, Stone I think will follow on his footsteps after time, the reason I’m saying that is Stone is training but he has the right man training him being Ryan. Anyways, if you can request Ryan , I promise he knows his stuff, Blackburns does make good on most issues they just make it harder than it should be but in the end you’ll be happy you choose them for your medical needs.

We were so excited to be selected for a bike. It took a while to get one, but we are very happy. We waited. The new features on the bike are awesome! We can hardly wait to ride as a family for once.

They have helped us acquire all of our daughter’s durable medical equipment for the last 10 years. We’ve never had denials and all of the equipment was a great fit. If we needed adjustments we knew they would come out and handle it. They’ve also helped our nonprofit by donating discontinued items from their warehouse for us to rehome. Thanks!!

I've used Blackburn's for many years for my medical supplies. Their staff is always friendly, professional & helpful. They also ship quickly. I usually have my order the day after placing it. I highly recommend them.

This review is premature, and based so far on a phone call my husband had with a representative of Blackburn’s. Apparently, she was so helpful and kind that he told me he was happy we would be doing business with your company. We’ve had 2 years of aggravation and frustration with another medical supply business. We look forward to receiving our needed equipment tomorrow, and hope for a good working relationship going forward.

I recently reordered ostomy supplies using Blackburn's web based system. Ordering was easy and I was able to adjust the items I needednright on the form. My order was processed accurately and my items arrived in a few days as promised. The web based system was much easier and faster than calling to reorder.

Order placed online. Easy to do and it came UPS in just a couple days. When I have called and placed an order it's simple too. Except when it routes to New York and I get someone who English is not their 1st language and my order gets messed up. So to avoid the hassle I just order online

I get my ostomy supplies from Blackburn’s and have always had great experiences! There is an online reordering function (since my order is the same every month) that takes just a minute or two to submit and shipping is very fast!
