One of the worst Dicks I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time like I did if you’re looking for any sort of water sports section, they don’t have one. I was on my way to the river to paddle and realized my PFD was broken. Figured i could buy a new one at Dicks next to the river trail. WRONG. I asked the employee if they had PFD’s and they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I asked if they had life jackets and then they told me no. The funny thing is, this space is MASSIVE. Enormous. It just doesn’t have any real product to speak of in it. Unless you want shoes, Stanley cups, or golf stuff I guess. I forgot that oakmont and golf are king here. Fortunately i remembered that Dunhams existed and they had a pretty decent assortment of PFDs and other water sports equipment. Actually, now that i think about it, i don’t know why I didn’t just go to dunhams instead. Dunhams understands how to fill their space with sporting equipment of all types! I was trying to play your game, Ed Stack, there just wasn’t any product there i wanted to play with!

I came in looking for help in the Golf area and Smitty was fantastic! He was very helpful, for what I was looking for and more! Definitely going to make this my go to Dicks from here on out!

Great for golfers. Bad for outdoorsman. We already have a Dunhams there without fishing equipment why would they open this store

Seems like they're hockey section got really small. They need to remember that Milwaukee is a sport also a while back it was a nice big area for hockey now it's just kind of back in the corner they have sticks some pads but hockey is a real sport and a lot of people in town love hockey and clay hockey I mean not even a practice jersey I mean I hate to say it but after what I saw I don't plan when I go back looking for any equipment

Came in at 6:45 when they close at 7:00 just to return something, we were out of the store by 6:53. The manager stared us down in the parking lot, rolled her eyes and asked if one of her employees could “handle us”. We were treated very rudely by all three staff members we encountered. Horrible customer service.

All I wanted was a water bottle in a specific size and lid. It would be nice to be able to look around without being followed. It was creepy. I should have just bought it somewhere else. I had planned to go back this evening to let my kid pick his color and style but we went elsewhere for it. I will not go back here. Creepy!

Got rid of all their hunting/shooting sections including clothing...wasted a trip and won't be back for anything else.

Went in to buy 2 new bikes for my kids. An employee asked if we needed help after wed been in the bike section for 5-10 minutes. We were fine looking at the few different models on the floor, but my daughter saw one up on the shelf that she wanted to try out. I asked the employee if we could see the pink bike on the shelf. She said you can pay for it and pick it up tomorrow. I'm not buying a 20" bike my daughter didn't even sit on to see if she liked the grips and seat. I was told the "bike guy" wasn't there today and they couldn't sell any bikes without him doing something to them. Shouldn't the bikes be ready for sale once they hit the floor?? Why are you not going to sell a bike over the weekend? I understand policy and if that's they way it has to be fine, but the employee was very rude with her attitude and not explaining why.

Always clean and the merchandise always well presented. Knowledgeable staff. Prices are competitive to a little high.

Staff was rude!! My son asked for help in shoe department and the young lady rudely asked what size when she returned he thanked her and she walked away with zero acknowledgement.

Most of the ice hockey equipment is put up or sold out. Not sure why there are summer ice hockey leagues.
