Always a friendly face when you get to the front to pay , they don't ever sound happy over headset but I think the charge for extra syrup is a bit high for only 1 pump , other places you get the same amount if u pay the extra as they originally put in so it actually affects the flavor. Just 1 pump don't really affect it besides that watch Traffic closely entering the parking lot and the bottom of your car (not suv or truck unless it's low like a car) bc it can scrape a tiny bit

Went through drive through this morning and ordered a caramel frozen coffee. I made the mistake of not trying it before I drove off, and when I tasted it, it was awful. It tasted like no flavor was added and like too much of an artificial sweetener was added when I didn't request anything special added. Second time this has happened to me at this location.

Incredibly badly managed location. Half the time I try to go here, they’re out of donuts. “Donuts” is right in the name! They had ONE JOB! What are they even doing there if they can’t fulfill their essential function? Disgraceful.If it had happened once, that could be attributed to unusual circumstances. But the fact that it’s happened multiple times means they’re chronically failing to meet demand. A profoundly dysfunctional business.

Dunkin’ Donuts- Tarentum- Really?Just ordered 1/2 dozen donuts: opened the box to these? I can’t believe they sold me a half a donut that looks like someone ate part of it! What kind of customer service does an employee have to put that in the box?

Employees decided to close the store early and only take drive thru orders. It was 1/2 hour before the lobby was supposed to close. There is no list of donuts at the drive thru, that's why I got there before the lobby was supposed to close. I do not recommend this location, and Giant Eagle has better donuts
