JOANN Fabric and Crafts is a great spot and a go-to store. It has every fabric you could think of. The staff has always been helpful, nice, friendly, and incredibly friendly. They are helpful at the cutting counter and during checkout, and they seem genuinely pleased to help. They will happily order materials from other stores at no charge. Some customers express concern about employee health and wellness when store maintenance issues occur. Overall, staff members are amazing help.
