“I have never had such a good experience at a Verizon store as I did at this one! The crew at this store (Luke & Josh specifically) went above and beyond! I was out of town when my problem arose & they didn’t hesitate to jump in & help me. I can’t describe how much I appreciate these guys for helping me when I was in a pinch!! When it’s time for an upgrade, I’ll definitely be making the hour trip to see them! They’ve earned a loyal returning customer :-)”

“Went in and got phone switched over from old G3 flip phone to a new one. Was very quick. There’s a minimum $10 a month plan but if you pay for a full year it’s only $100. Service was great. He’s very nice and knows his stuff.”

“I’m writing this review on my grandma behalf. Recently my grandmother went to the AT&T in Pittsburgh mills. Her phone was so jacked up through programming. She took it to the store and was greeted by a man named Charles. He was very knowledgeable and treated us like family even though we’re not AT&T customers. He even held the door for us. He also went over a plan with my Grandma that would be beneficial to her. We will go see Charles today.”
