I tried to purchase a fish tank yesterday...it was in sale from 70$ to 35$. Only to find out the 35$ was for members only. That was not stated on the sign ANYWHERE!!
They also keep their beta fishes in bowls only with a tiny hole for air. No where to hide no plants no oxygen. It's pretty sad to see them like that.

I was just in to grab some supplies for my fish tank and decided to take a look at the bettas. Their bettas were in such poor health many were struggling to swim and some were visibly dead. When I asked an employee if they would surrender one she refused and said it would be a question for her manager but never offered to get the manager nor did they care about the life of these animals. I even stated how sad it was to see that they just let them sit there and die rather than surrender it and give it a chance and her response was “yeah it is but”. Do not support this if you have any respect for animals.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. The staff has been helping me with my red eared sliders in my yellow belly slider since January I would highly recommend this place

We had an 8 AM Sunday grooming appointment. The store shelf stockers let us in and I was told the groomer was on their way. We waited for 40 minutes and then left with no groomer there.. Groomer did call at 8:55 to tell me I could bring the dog back, which we were not going to do and have a rushed session. I communicated my concerns with management, that this was not the way they portray their services on their website. She offered me 20% off, which Petsmart was already offering for first time grooming. No thanks. Zero stars for wasting my time. Another person has since told me to avoid Pgh Mills Petsmart grooming due to their bad experience.

They did a great job grooming my little shih tzu Clarabelle. She was miserable in this heat after growing a long winter coat and she couldn't see either. Now she's happy again! Thank you!
