The stylest Kelly did a great job. I normaly got a high end barber. Although I explained this to her when I sat down. I think this sprouted her to show how she has really mastered her craft.. idk. But she did an amazing job and out shined many people. In the business . I in turned tipper her well. For it. Please be sure to tip these girls well.. you will see they can do wonders

Sami was great very relaxing and very good will recommend her for all your hair cutting needs also today i had Hailey she was amazing as well the lady's here are great and have such amazing personality i would recommend any of them for all your hair needs thanks every one

If you walk in the store they tell you that you need an appointment, If you look online it says you need to call or log online to make an appointment. If you call they don't know what you're talking about and are very rude and ignorant! Obviously they can't be bothered was actually scheduling anyone to make money, The individual who answered the phone was too busy talking to someone else about going out to dinner with 'hot guy she's vibing with'

Always top notch service at the Pittsburgh Mills. Friendly and fun. Sami is my go to, she Rocks! I will gladly take any of the stylists any day of the week.

They are fine when they are there, but over the last few months I show up during normal posted hours, like around 11 am and the place is locked up.

I checked in to get my hair cut. I sat there for approximately 45 minutes waiting. While I was waiting three different individuals walked in. All three individuals were taken back for haircuts. I asked the stylist if I was in the system for my hair cut, she replied yes. She said I was up next. I even asked the stylist if the others had appointments to which she said no!!! They were all walk-ins like myself. Two more customers walked in shortly after. After waiting an additional 5-10 minutes the stylist took one of the two back for a hair cut. At this point I was done waiting and left. I recently started going to Sports Clips for a haircut due to the lack of quality locations in the area. My first two experiences were fantastic. I will never come back to this location again.

Excellent service. I really like the way they cut my hair. They are pricey, but they take their time and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your haircut, and I have always been very satisfied.
