I’m sitting here finishing up my pedicure and Cham she’s the best!!! She took her time and she made my feet look brand new. She’s also so sweet !!! If you need a pedicure come through to her she’s AMAZING!!!!! And make sure you tip her good!!

Well first they made fun of my friend while he was getting his feet done .. my nails only lasted a few days before they started lifting. Then while getting my nails done calling my daughter fat and big girl ..that is very messed up. I really want my money back 120 dollars down the drain.. very rude and rushing everything. I asked for sun flowers and they gave me daisies completely different flowers.. I asked for square and gave me coffen and then charged me cuz he wanted to do coffen..
Stylist: He really rushed everything, and the lady who did my friends feet she was making fun of him ..

Okay so last time I was here g did my nails and they were absolutely amazing, I went yesterday as a walk in, and it was the owner i ended up with(g had a prior appt) i was told "the kid" was gping to do them but i ended up with the owner. A quick look when I was done they were okay, but once I got home and really looked at them they are completely messed up, for 70$!!!! They should be alot better, they're all bumpy and uneven, bubbles in them, I showed a picture of what I wanted WHITE French tip, she used the "French dip powder", they dont at all look white, now I totally appreciate she took the time to get the old tips and dip off without damaging my nails but the rest I am far from happy with. My whole nail isn't even covered with the dip powder, they aren't even close to a smooth finish. The design I showed her the one bled and she just left it They're terrible, I'd really appreciate them being redone by someone else or a refund. 70$ is ALOT for what I received!! Such a great experience, they were super caring. They asked questions to make sure I was comfortable the entire time.They made my nails the perfect length and shape. Definitely my favorite gel manicure and pedicure.

I came in last year around the fall time had a good experience. I came in today 11/18/23 to get a full set , told the lady when she cut them they were a fine length. She started filing & filling , get to polishing at this point im pretty much done. I noticed my middle finger on the right hand was shorter then the left picked my hand up to double check IT WAS THE WHOLE RIGHT HAND. I told the lady I didn’t like how short the right hand looked , she still recommend cutting down the left hand to match the right. I then told her I am not happy with my set I will not be paying for it. She then said they are being removed & started cutting them off letting the nails hit me… also bc it was a full set she left them off me CUT.. also to add she didn’t even care to apologize ?. (I believe it’s the owner didn’t get her name)

This was my go to nail place for many years. However once they changed ownership their prices skyrocketed and the quality of their work is extremely low. I have given them multiple opportunities to see if things would improve but unfortunately I feel they are getting worse, and today was the last time I will go there. I went there to get a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I was done with both services in about an hour and 15 minutes, which included waiting approximately 15 minutes for the nail tech to do my nails after my pedicure was done. Every time they asked me if I wanted something done. It was an extra five dollar charge with a base price of $40 I thought having some dry skin buffed down would’ve been included, but was charged an additional $5 to smooth the skin on one side of each big toe. It was also $5 more to remove the gel polish that they encouraged me to get when I had my last pedicure.My nails have to be one of the worst sets I’ve ever gotten they’re uneven, misshapen, flat and extremely thick and for this I paid $55 I work in the beauty industry, so I understand having an off day or the fact that mistakes happen. However, after spending $110 plus a tip I am extremely disappointed. I seriously find it hard to believe that the gentleman who did my nails actually has any professional training. They have up-charged and disappointed me for the last time.Services: Acrylic nails
