I wanted to wait until I had the car for at least a month before leaving an honest review.
My fiancé and I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte on 10/23, with the help of a very amazing sales associate, Corey. He helped make every step of the process as seamless as possible.
After test driving the car, I brought a minor concern to Corey and the service manager. They handled it so respectfully and didn’t lie to me about anything. We left very happy that day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone there and for this car.
Shout out to Ryan as well for his help during the process! You guys truly are great, and I’ve recommended you to many people!

Recently took our truck back to Gaughan in Taylor and dealt with Corey Schuster to buy back our truck. He got the best price for it. We were satisfied with the price. When we’re ready we will be trading in the car we have for a newer used one and prefer to deal with Corey for the sale. We also have all our maintenance done through Gaughan, and have always been fair with their prices. Cudos to the staff!

I just want to thank the team at Gaughan Auto for their help with my purchase of my 2017 Ford Focus ST . It’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned and i’ve owned 8 other vehicles thus far in my life. First Ryan helped me (and he was great ) until he left for vacay and passed me on to PJ who was also great and very fast at closing the deal and making our hour drive to the dealership as fast as possible and the price was very fair imo. Even their service dept. Manager Egon was super friendly and helpful :) They advertised a customer care package which gives a free oil change and inspection and I am about to set that appointment up and will follow up with an update if they honor that(I’m quite sure they will:) but I will definitely have to update if they don’t because I am a str8 shooter and believe in HONEST reviews .As it’s important to hold businesses accountable . But so far my experience has been all Aces with Gaughan ,and I highly recommend anyone in need of a high quality pre-owned vehicle! Inquired regarding simple questions.
Ryan F refused to reply and sent robo spam instead.
The website advertises equipment that is not visible in the photos.
They refused to reply regarding many questions including what the STRUCTURAL damage is. My opinion is they wanted to avoid answering the questions due to the BRANDED title and false advertising.

Great people to deal with! Corey was out sales person and got us a car within range didn’t try to upsell anything or pressure us into anything. Everyone we met here was great and the process was very quick and simple and got more out of our deal here than we did at Toyota Scranton. Thank you!
1 month later had issues with the car they fixed it no questions asked. Amazing service here will continue buying my cars from them
