I would give 0 if I could. Vehicle was towed to wrong business and when told he said I don't have time. Then driver approached again and was told wrong place and he just unhooked and drive away! Very unprofessional

Mick said he does marine repairs, so I took my boat to him. He worked on it, I paid him and went to use it and it still had issues. Took it back and from there I went on a 2 year journey where he used excuses, (can;t find help) (son got hurt) (busy doing tows) blah blah blah--finally he said that another local marine tech offered to finish it, so I agreed. This guy never finished it, and stole my 3 gallon aux fuel tank. Finally gave up took it to a tech near my camp and within a week it was done and running perfect. I laugh about it now, but be careful!!

I left my car in my driveway for 1.5 years during the pandemic and came back to find it totally dead and in heavy need of multiple repairs. I scheduled a towing request through Progressive roadside assistance. Mick's automotive service arrived at a timely manner, managed to get my car out of the driveway (where it could not be accessed by the tow truck), and brought it to a car repair shop about 20 minutes away. The driver Greg also gave me a ride to the repair shop despite Progressive's warning that I might need to find a separate ride due to the pandemic. He also gave independent off-the-record advice about what attention my car needed. I think friendly service is vastly underrated and I greatly appreciated both the speed and attitude with which Mick's automotive service helped me out. Would definitely recommend based on my experience today.

I needed to have my car towed from my home and Mick arrived within 10-15 minutes of the call-in to the Visa Roadside Assistance service number. He also offered to fix the car as well which lifted a huge burden off my back as it was going to a Ford dealer and who knows when they could work on it. Mick said they could possibly even work on it the same day and their rates are $85 versus the dealer at $127/hr.

When you don't have a pick in a service due to roadside assistance you kind of hope for the best. However, some times you get left on the side of the road, yes, that was a bad pun. Recently had a bit of car trouble and called up roadside assistance. They set everything up for me, which I thought would translate to quick service. That was completely a lie, wish that would be a complimented by a Maury clip. With the roadside assistance you got text updates and a tracking app to let you know where they are at and when they will arrive. This is kind of where it went downhill. The app never updated, at first I thought it was the company I was dealing with for roadside assistance. Turns out, no, it was the tow truck company. It was 45 minutes and no one was there yet. I was sitting near Delmont and they were coming from Cheswick, I understand there was going to be a bit of lag in showing up, but there was no indication that anything had happened. The app still showed that they were at their place of business. At the hour mark I called the company and asked what was going on. Turns out that the driver decided to go pick up a buddy first, then stop and get fuel, then head my way. Thanks man, no worries, it was just cold out, the people in the neighborhood were worried about me and checked up on me more than you did. Mind you, I was attempting to get to the dealership before they closed to get everything in order. Also to try and get myself a rental/ride since I was between home and work. They showed up a hour and 45 minutes after I first made contact for assistance. I am now massively late for work and doubt I would get to the dealership in 15 minutes. Whatever, I talked to them on the phone and told them my dilemma. When we get to the dealership I told them where to put my car down at. That was disregarded totally. They sat it down where they wanted. I then had to right a note with a description of my vehicle and where it was parked on the lot to leave with my key. It was a headache that was topped off by an awkward ride to the dealership. Like I said at the beginning of the review I was hoping for the best, but ended up in a near nightmare.

I would not take your car or anybody else's to this place . He will take every car that comes in and you get pushed to the back . After visiting every day asking , pleading . He has not fixed or done anything to the vehicle . It's coming up on 3 months . I'm filing legal papers now .

This has to be the worst auto shop i have ever been to. I dropped my car off not only did he have it for a month but didn't fix the problem didn't inspect it like he was suppose to told me one price for his service an when I came back told me a whole diffrent price an wouldn't give me my keys unless I did so I paid him but got beat all the way around I would never in my life use this shop again I don't recommend it either
