Just had a great experience with them... Guy at the desk couldn't have been more nice or helpful... I'm from out of town and he took the time out to tell me things to check out even writing it all down for me ... They did the work I needed and never tried to upsell me or anything... Great place... Glad I found it!!

This is by far one of the best car shops i have been to. Everyone was super nice too. This will now be my new go to shop. Top level Workmanship and customer service. You know they love what they do because it makes you feel at home. Very honest and credible shop. Highly recommended

I will be a return customer! The service I received was outstanding! They explained to me everything that was being done to my car and told me that they would call if there was an additional work/cost. I feel so much safer knowing that I took my car there to be inspected and fixed. Definitely recommend this garage to anyone!

I was in need to get my car inspected about a month ago. I always hate the process because it's so hard to find a good and honest mechanic. During a discussion with my hair dresser I was referred to Preitz Automatic, I figured I would give them a shot. I called and made the appt for that following Monday, and I couldn't be any happier.. Not only are they professional and personable but also very honest and not trying to upsell parts and services that aren't needed just to make a sale. I've definitely found my new mechanic and I highly recommend. They are great!!!!

I had a great experience at Preitz Automotive! They fit me in the next day after I called, and the team was really nice and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and they made sure I knew exactly what I was looking at, which I appreciate greatly! I called up the guys at this shop to do some research for me on a local vehicle - - despite the fact that I live on the other side of the state and therefore wasn't going to become a long term (or even short term) customer, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to be helpful to me... First off, communication with the shop was exceptional - a seemingly lost factor in just about any industry anymore. Second, they took time out of their day to check out a car nearby and give me an honest and balanced opinion the needs ... I can't say enough about how much i appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and service. Through several conversations, you could feel the air of a down-home small business, led by a smart and caring owner, focused on doing what's right for customers - it's so refreshing!
