we keep getting other people's mail, we never get our mail delivered on time. I am still waiting on my id, I have informed delivery and it stated over a week ago I was getting it in the mail that day. Its been 7 days now and I still have not received it. This is not the first issue I have had issues since we moved in

Not only do they lose my packages constantly, they will never answer their phone.

This is part 2 of my review and experience with USPS in Taylor Pennsylvania since we moved here in September from right down the road. So our mail when we get packages literally goes from where we live (Scranton Pennsylvania) then it’s transferred to the next USPS stop (The one that delivers to us which is Braylon Pennsylvania UsPS) just to have Taylor USPS bring our stuff back to Scranton, and we never actually receive it; it’s always brought to the incorrect apartment number and incorrect building. Here is exactly where I left off from my part 1 review.
I’m not great with names but this is different because it’s the SAME person delivering out things to the wrong places every single time and I can’t help but wonder if Cherie (sherry? Possibly spelled?) But it clearly says that it goes to the 900 BUILDING and our apartment is on the second floor where there’s only 3 other doors. It’s extremely easy to find us and it’s not confusing at all to navigate around here whether you have a GPS or not. About two weeks ago, once again an item I got from Amazon didn’t show up. The items that were delivered from UPS, AMAZON AND RARELY FedEX- I have not once had an issue with. I especially love when Amazon delivers because they always take a picture t least, so if something is missing, I know immediately by the picture if I have an idea where the packages are or if they are a lost cause but at least I don’t have to drive around several buildings and check first and second floors for my items. I called the manager Matt, who so graciously said his GPS checked my item and he insisted in the most rude tone that his GpS tracked the item directly to our building. Interesting. It wasn’t anywhere in the hall what so ever; I went down the back stairway circled around and came up the front stairway- there absolutely wasn’t a package and I was here all day that day. Fast forward to the next day, USPS had to deliver another package unfortunately but magically the item that was “already here” was now set with the package that I was waiting for the day following Matt’s GPS picking up a definite signal that it was right here, in THIS building , where I was PHYSICALLY standing on the stairway while on the phone hearing him say I was wrong. Interesting how it showed up not only the next day, but with ANOTHER of the FEW packages that the Taylor USPS are responsible for getting to my apartment. While I’m grateful that usually I don’t have to deal with them and worry that my items will disappear- my heart fell into my stomach when I arrived home to find there weren’t two packages anywhere in my building or by my door which were two really expensive and important things. Well, it was 10ish on a Sunday night and I was excited about just going to bed, instead I got to drive around to each building and walk though each and check the second floor of each as well. Of course I first checked my mailbox for a key to see if it was maybe put into one of the larger boxes that usps sometimes use- there was nothing. I went in a circle and just happen t catch out of the corner of my eye that there were boxes sitting near the door to the entrance of building 8. I got out of my car and sure enough, the label which CLEARLY stated Sara C******* at 9** T*** T**** Drive. Attached is a photo with the label that hasn’t been wrong yet, however this Postwoman just does not look at our address! It is so easy to find that my twins who are 7 could bring a package from building 8 to building 7 if I asked them to. The labels can’t be more clear. Between Matt’s rudeness (when in the beginning he assured me he would speak with sherry/cheri; all of a sudden turned into a rude and bitter old man that hung up on me for simply saying that I don’t care what his GPS (that he didn’t check) said, we never get our mail here!

Unfortunately it’s not going to allow me to post the video I just did after almost losing ANOTHER expensive order for the 5TH time from the SAME delivery person, who was supposedly SPOKEN to about this after the first incident by the manager MATT. Yeah that’s not what wound up happening and that was our first delivery since we moved here back a few months ago, my friend sent $150 of candy and trinkets from China for my children for Christmas. That wasn’t including shipping or how late it came after she mailed it. I wound up having to drive back and forth to Taylor Pa twice that day when I don’t even live in that city. I live in Scranton and here is the BIZARRE part… usps mail actually goes to the Scranton usps before it is transferred to Taylor Pennsylvania usps which is then driven back here to Scranton. Yeah . Makes sense. (It isn’t allowing me to finish this even though I’m not over my character limit- so look for the part 2 under my married name in a few moments.)

So annoyed... Post Man didn't deliver my packages because he doesn't know i stay there. Everything got returned. Nothing will be here for Xmas, and I lost money on unreturnable items. Not impressed at all.

I used to love going here, but the last few months the customer service has gone from a 10 to a 0. I am a small business owner and used to be able to bring all my packages here to ship, with the only exception being UPS. One day, i brought my packages in for shipment, and this very, very rude man with a bald head and flame tattoos on his arm refused to take my Fed-Ex packages, despite there also being a USPS label on it too. He said he will not take it because "he is doing the job of Fed-Ex employees". I went to 3 other local post offices, and collectively they all told me what that man said is false, including a Post Master. I went into the Taylor location the next few days after that incident, and the other employees took my Fed-Ex packages without a problem. I got the rude worker again, and when I was calmly talking to him, he claimed I was arguing with him. I had a friend of mine, whom also has a small business go into this post office with a Fed-Ex package when this employee was working, and he took her package. So, he only seems to have a problem with me personally, despite me not having done anything to him. Now, my choices are drive 12 miles out of my way to get my packages delivered, or hope that when I arrive at this post office, that man is not there. He is the worst display of customer service I have ever seen; rolls his eyes, talks over me, cuts me off mid-sentence, I have never felt so embarrassed and harassed before at a post office.

The service overall has just gone to hell. We live in the middle of Taylor and we get mail belonging to people from West Scranton and from other streets in Taylor. Also not all of the employees what is a good number of them who work inside are very arrogant and ignorant. I try my best to avoid who is business at the post office at all cost because it's not even close to being what it once was

If you want to send mail first class with tracking, expect it to be lost or unscannable. Waste of money and time spent.

I went to Scranton Post office to get a post office box and a change of address and the clerk knew nothing and as a result I had to go to Taylor post office with the Clark gave me exactly what I was looking for when I was looking for it

The local postal workers at the counter are fine. Problem is with delivery. Since I moved to Taylor about 16 years ago, I have had mail get lost, packages never received and have received mail for other addresses. I reported it to the postal Master years ago and handed them a pile of mail that I received that belonged to various other addresses. I get mail for W Grove St when I live on W Taylor st. I also have received neighbors mail mixed in with mine. The postal workers are kind and helpful at the office though and try to resolve the issues.
