Anyone looking for an honest repair service Excel is it. If six stars were available they would still be on top of the list."It's not that issues happen, it is how one responds to them that matters"Mid August I had my truck in for service, after picking it up my wife encountered a small issue. She immediately contacted Tyler to let him know what had happened. Tyler and team dropped everything they were doing at that moment to take care of Lisa. Honest mechanics? What is this? These people are seriously great. I just moved to the area and needed a repair shop close by to make things easier when my truck needs service. There was a mistake with my bill and they overcharged me. I didn't catch it at the time, but I got a call about an hour later stating they made the mistake and wanted to get it taken care of. That right there is integrity, and I look forward to working with them in the future.
Update 11/19/19: I dropped my truck off yesterday to get my brakes fixed. Kerry found my problem with a troublesome Check Engine Light while working on the brakes and offered to fix it for a very comfortable price. I'm confident that had I taken it elsewhere, the cost would've been double or even triple since I had gotten a quote on the possible issue a year ago that was more than the cost of what Kerry charged me for replacing my brakes and fixing the issue. My fiance gets her car worked on here now and my mother that just moved to the area will be taking her car here as well. Good work stands out, as it should.
