“What a treasure! This lovely store has EVERYTHING for gifting. Gorgeous silk flowers (really, an amazing variety!), baby gifts, live plants, fresh cut flowers, you name it. Truly a lovely shop with the loveliest employees, who were gracious and helpful!!!”
“I hate Home Depot because it's so big and I can never find anything or anyone to help me find anything. I want to Thank You for fixing your customer service. Today was a great day. I had a nice young man help me at the service desk. Then I had a nice lady help me find my bucket tool. I also got help in the cleaning isle. Then when I had trouble finding something else, there was a man standing at the front of the isles who helped me and when I thought I was finished he asked "anything else you need?" which reminded me of my shelf brackets that I forgot to put on the list. What a great shopping day because you made it so much easier. The world is a better place when people help you out. Please don't get robots! Anyway, I will definitely be back!”

“This place is a whole experience. There is so much to look at and so many variations of unique plants. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are also fair and they have a huge selection. I recommend you carve out a couple hours to spend there just to get the whole experience. They have an awesome water fall and multiple huge greenhouses. 10/10”
“I highly recommend Hollydays Nursery Pond service. We had 2 years of wonderful service with them and enjoying our beautiful swimming family of friends in our backyard pond and am looking forward to the next season.The little anxiety before getting the service has long been dissipated and replaced by comfort and relaxation.My hat's off to Chuck, pond & Aquatics manager for the comforting experience. He is well organized attentive. He has demonstrated wealth of knowledge and experience in rendering answers and solutions to any issue.The crews who performed on site work were well trained. I especially value Anthony who was very attentive and meticulous in caring for the actual pond.In addition, the price was very reasonable considering the excellent outcome.”
“It was my first time coming here. I was looking for succulents and was greeted shortly after arriving and asked if I had any questions (I did). Lynn/Lin (not sure of how to spell it) was an absolute gem! She told me how to propagate some of my succulents and the requirements that they need. She also gave me some other tips. She was so kind, she made the process extremely easy and I'm very happy with my purchases!”

I frequent both establishments and the one on Limekiln Pike is McCauley's Farm & Garden, and this review was on McCauley's Farm. As a local area neighbor, I pass by here at least 4-5 times per day. This establishment was closed before Dec. 25th and there's no winter business other than wood after that, in which people drive right up and get their own wood, unless your ordering a truck load & there isn't even parking issues then (due to being closed for other business.) I hope that you had put your review for the proper business. It's hard to find a family owned business today and I know their parking areas get crazy when they are busy due to limited space and I have seen my share of accidents in front of their place. some days customers just park where ever they want which makes it worse.”

“We purchased our hot tub from Stu at the West End Fair. They were so patient with us as our kids were incredibly loud and jumping in/out of all of their display hot tubs. Never once made us feel uncomfortable and were so nice to the kids as we took forever to decide on a hot tub. They told us it would be ordered on the next truck and it was. They called for delivery and promptly delivered on the day scheduled with no concerns. The three delivery guys were amazing. Honestly the best. They helped us remove part of our fence, bring the hot tub down two inclines and put it in our deck. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took the time to teach us the basics of a hot tub and explain the chemicals needed. Never made us feel rushed. It honestly was a great experience overall purchasing the hot tub, the staff was the best. Stu called about a week later to check-in. Unfortunately our electrician never showed up but fast forward 3 weeks later- it’s hooked up and AMAZING. We’ve been in it every day multiple times. So incredibly happy and thankful.”
“I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! You guys are the best!!”

“Kyle was accommodating with me (2/21/24) he led me all away around the store to what I needed, he was a fine young man, definitely deserving of a raise; paint department though could use some work was greeted with an unfriendly attitude my wife left the store feeling uneasy after that. “DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT. They use RAS, which I'm almost sure their "big box" competitor does also. I've had more appliances damaged in delivery from RAS, then delivered without issue. Some were three deliveries to get me an appliance without a scratch, ding, dent. PLEASE put the extra money out and go to an independent dealer.
