Wonderful experience working with Guy. I had a seam pull loose on the arm of a stuffed chair. He made it so easy and did a great job. I got an appointment in under 2 weeks to come to my home for the repair. Was done in under 30 minutes and looks great. I highly recommend this business.

I am sitting in the heirloom wing chair now that you reupholstered about a year ago. At that time I stated that you exceeded my expectations. A year later you should know that a chair I have known all my life is more beautiful than when new about 150 years ago. Every time I sit in it I relive memories of almost 80 years. Thank you again! Had a choice. Either replace my 21 year old 3 piece Natuzzi leather living room set or have it redone. After an extensive search I finally found Second Generation Upholstery. Guy and his family did an outstanding job of reconstructing the set. Materials and quality of work are better than new. They are real craftsmen.

We can’t thank Guy and Janelle enough for the work they did on our kitchen chairs. They look our old bland chairs and made them sparkle. They were great to work with and so accommodating. Every time I walked in Guy was so welcoming. We will definitely be coming back and telling our friends and family about Guy and Janelle and the great work they do!

Brought our heirloom armchair to owner, Guy Detweiler, and he did an outstanding job fixing the seat and restoring the chair to its original condition, probably better. The chair was purchased originally in 1942 and it now feels and looks like a brand new chair. Highest quality craftsmanship, materials and service in a very reasonable period of time. Can't find that in too many places these days. I most highly recommend this business.

WOW! That's how I felt when I arrived to pick up my wingback chair.I was stunned and saw that Guy and Janelle had exceeded my vision and expectations in this restoration. They had taken a old antique family chair and brought it to life again beautifully. I had chosen a heavy velvet fabric and was unsure of how it would work and was readying myself for disappointment in case it didn't, but that was not the case. The original historic fit was perfect and the craftsmanship was evident.Great job! Thank you so much for bringing tears of joy to me and having this treasured piece back again in my home for generations of use to come! Highly recommend!
