“Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill. “Brake calipers. These guys are great! They know what they are doing and if its a snark thing, they may not even charge. Our vehicle is VERY important. We run to allentown, philly, and Langhorne , multiple times in a week. She has almost 200k miles and needs to keep running. We had a engine light last month- scarey! They checked it and reset it- it was nothing to worry about and we've been running fine since. No charge to check it and reset it. God bless Bergey's ! The latest was New tires, we paid for them. But this nail, when I brought it in the next week, there was no charge. We have family reasons I cannot work right now, so this small consideration, is a God send! Oh and bring your sense of humor, these guys are funny!”
“I cannot give enough praise to these folks. I purchased a 1957 Thunderbird in May 2023, and had them do an initial inspection to diagnose any problems. I also had some issues with paint at spots that I wanted addressed. We decided that I should drive the car through the summer and then bring it in at the end of the season to take care of the paint issues. From the start they were very honest and informative, letting me know that they had no way of knowing what they might encounter until they started exploring the flaws and exposed any hidden deterioration that might present itself. We came up with a plan on where I wanted to start and went from there. As the paint was removed, and the body explored further, additional problems were found as well as previous shoddy repairs. At every step, the staff presented their findings and gave me options on how to proceed and their recommendations – which were always very well thought out. No repair was started without a conversation and approval from me. As the work began, I was amazed by the knowledge base, skills, talent, and passion displayed and incorporated into this project. Some of the repairs done were sheer artistry – located in places that would never be seen by anyone viewing the car. At Ragtops & Roadsters, patchwork isn’t in their vocabulary – think restoration! They are my new friends and partners for the preservation of my Thunderbird for the time I am privileged to be the custodian of this classic. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable, honest, and highly capable “partner” in restoration. - Glenn Neiman”

When I arrived to get the tires put on, they had not come in yet, but Rich (another outstanding member of the team) was able to get them in and have them ready for installation the next morning.
