WM makes it extremely difficult to cancel service, then continues to keep billing for mysterious surcharges. There is no customer service to complain to. I was a loyal customer for years and they have repaid us in nothing but fees and frustration.

They missed my pickup again but if I miss a payment I get two $5 late fees. Company was great now they suck. If you have any other choice get another company. I start with this company paying $79. For three months now it s $150.

My price was doubled with out notice also getting weird extra bills no way to keep a customer very upset about my experience
