Staff at the specific location are generally very nice and accommodating . Just seems every time I complete any transaction there's another hidden fee. They set a limit on your daily wire amount, and then charge you $40 to initiate the transfer for you. Doesn't sit right nor seem ethical. I am going to withdraw the rest of my funds and keep the bare minimum just to keep the line of credit open. You can get a lot more from a local credit union, highly recommend shopping around.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the customer service we received last week when I brought my son in to open up his first bank account. Emily was very thorough explaining to him about the account and services available to him as a customer. Thank you for taking the time with him so he could learn about adulting

This branch is the worst from Wells Fargo . We went to open and account and they didn’t have anyone to do it and we left . We came back to cash a check and the Manager is a miserable person . She isn’t professional at all and likes to argue.

Not what they once were the way the employees get moved around you lose the personal touch witch you once got I cant believe since there is hardly any need to go into the bank anylonge you would think when you go in you would be treated some special way ever since it has got this way I use the ATM to do most of my bamking it does not talk back or try to get you to open a account you just make your deposits or withdraws and go on your way and if your luckey you will have a nice conversation with a customer waiting to use the ATM sory to have to be this way but WellsFargo realy needs to get there act togather Oh one more this Im know its a bisness and have to make a buck but the charges are a joke for fees that drive me crazy I hope you are listening Wells Fargo times re changing and so are your customer to a different bank it wont be long before you are gone like lots of others that you don't see any longer

The woman that walks around with a device on her chest I’m guessing she has a heart issue. She badger me as to why I was cashing my check there and not My own bank. Then after I snapped back at her. She continued to flap her lips as I stood starting straight ahead.
