Lady behind the counter was forcing to customers to buy pro memberships in order to make purchases. Absolute scam! I went to a different GameStop that same day and they had no such rule.

The guy was super rude and I know they have a rest room my 5 year old really needed to go and he didn’t want to let her I understand but I’ve been here a lot I’ve seen plenty of people use the bathroom. He has all his personal card laying around could have stolen information of him or other peoples very unprofessional

The worst gamestop you can go to, the employees are very incompetent, they are there like someone who doesn't want to work. Apart from being slow, I don't give it zero stars because it can't be done ? 10/22/2023

Got to the store at 11:47 and there was a sign on the door saying "Be back in 5 minutes." That's fine, many stores aren't fully staffed during slow periods. But at 11:50 the employee returned to the desk and watched me pace back and forth in front of the door while using her cell phone. Finally at 11:54 I actually knocked, to which she responded by giving me the signal for wait a minute and then pointed to her cell phone. I will never return to this specific Game Stop again. They sell stuff you can buy on Amazon, customer care is the only thing they can claim.

Store manager is always pleasant and helpful. Engages in conversation with customers that enhance an otherwise bland experience. Sadly, this gaming conglomerate is going the way of the dodo, because even after all these years corporation has no true understanding of the consumer in which they are trying to garner. It's almost as if they just don't care. That's sarcasm by the way. They don't care. It's sad that there are employees that do.
