“This repair shop is unlike any that I have ever experienced. We travel 5 months a year, much of the time driving. Passing through Reading, my old home town, it was time for an oil change. Our Honda CRV has 62 thousand miles and also in need for a thorough checkup and this is exactly what they offered. They found a number of issues and promptly took of them. “Needed 2 new back tires and ordered them through their website. That very same day, they called to let me know the tires were delivered. Once I was able to get there, they put them on for me. All staff have been so kind and patient and doing their best! They are very welcoming and work hard. I’ll be back for an alignment and definitely recommend this location! “everything was perfect I hit a pot hole on the bypass and had a donut put on. They ordered one right away and fixed it for me. Everyone was very nice and professional. The state needs to fix the pot holes on the bypass. My tires weren't that old. 5 stars to CJ tires”
“My first time here, brought my new wrx in for oil change , was skeptical at first as it was my first time here with my new car, but you can watch from the window and actually see them replacing the oil filter and pouring in the clean new oil. “Dawn in the automotive center was super amazing in helping me book and emergency appointment for my car when I accidently made an appointment at the wrong location, she was extremely understanding of my car's needs and very kind and courteous! I also want to give a shoutout to the kind woman in the fabric department today (who was working around 12:30pm-1:30pm) who assisted me in finding a particular drinking cub/glass and flavor products! Both of these ladies are amazing!”
