wish I could give these guys 10 stars for what they did for me yesterday. I have always thought this was a great post office to deal with as I have been going there for years but yesterday Rich and Kevin went beyond postal work as I had walked in no problem but all of a sudden felt dizzy and they got me a chair to rest but determined I needed an ambulance and got in touch with my husband to notify him that I was being taken to the hospital. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU GUYS WERE WONDERFUL!

Went to pay for priority rate label, was told I needed everything to ship it. Asked again then the middle aged man left the counter to do things in the back. Pulled out my phone and paid right there, whats the point of staff if I can do it online? Better to have a self service kiosk and a slot.

Kevin is kinda rude, everytime he helped me I was left feeling uneasy since his attitude rubbed off on me. But, the other employees are nice!

Can’t even do a single bit of effort for patrons like put a piece of tape on a box to close it off for safe shipping.UPS will do this for free and even supply free packaging supplies if they have it laying around. Want shipper to go above and beyond for you? Go to UPS in Tuckerton.Though if you have to unfortunately chose USPS, go to the Post Office near the Courthouse/Services Center in Reading. They’re great and scan return QR codes from retailers instead or requesting to print one out like here on Kutztown Rd.

Kevin is the worst racist, no professional ethics employee I ever knew. I made an online change of address from out of state and he’s requesting me to flight back to show him an ID because everybody says they own house. I reported him to the main office and waiting for their desicion. Now he requested my son to bring him a phone picture ID from me to release my mail. Meanwhile 3 months ago I paid for the PO Box and online change of address and he still holding my mail. Rude attitude and disgusting customer quality and quantity service

I’ve had problems with the USPS in Temple since I have lived in this township. They will not deliver packages stating there is a car parked next to the box. I have a driveway so it’s not my car. They have passed by my house in winter while I was out shoveling a way to the box with ample space for them to pull up. Every time I enter the office my concerns are never addressed. I have even had a package send. Ack to the sender because they refused to deliver it. The latest incident was when I received my package shown in the photo. I was immediately told there was no insurance and no proff it was their fault and to contact the sender, even though the sender wrapped each item in bubble wrap before sending. I wish I never had to deal with them.

No words to describe how bad service the “mailman” that comes to Sailor farms is. He is so LAZY he can’t get out of the comfort of the truck to deliver the mail. I should get a free mailbox from the post office for all the times I’ve had missing or late mail! It’s not fair! He should change jobs! I will be calling the office, when it’s open, so I can get an explanation of the bad service and the laziness of this mailman!!

I recently moved to the area from an apartment complex and wasn’t aware of the rules concerning snow. We weren’t aware that we have to clean a path big enough for the mailman to drive up. We left a big enough path for him to walk up. This angered him to which he made a nasty remark “I won’t deliver your mail until the summer”.... well, that’s not how you communicate to your customers. You’re providing a service and to that service is a two way street. How about you say, you have to clean a path big enough for me to drive up to your mailbox. That will absolutely get more accomplished than being NASTY. If you don’t want to do your job in austere conditions, maybe, don’t work as a mailman.
