Normally a great bank with helpful people but a new lady in there is very rude at the counter. Both my parents and I loathe going to her if we don't have a choice. I have been going here my whole life and never had a problem till now.

This is a fantastic branch. Everyone is very helpful. They make an effort to know you. When opening a small account I was treated like I was their biggest investor. Nice people, awesome bank. I am very happy here.
