“This review is solely based on customer service. I got my car washed here and an hour later, I noticed my rear taillight was slightly cracked
but I didn’t know if the damage happened before the car wash or from it. It was minor and not extremely noticeable but I happened to get something out of my trunk and saw it. I called letting them know I wasn’t sure if it was already there or happened at the wash and I wasn’t blaming them. I interacted with Darren on multiple occasions who was anything but defensive and said if it was the wash they stand by service and will make it right. He was extremely responsive and proactive over a week’s time, following up. He asked me to come down so he can take pictures, have me complete a form and again was ready to make it right and pay for damages if it did happen there. He was able to run the tape and see the damage already existed as I went into the wash. It was a 50/50 chance and he was ready to make it right if they damaged it. Thank you Darren!”
“I'm not sure of the Spanish man's name. This guy was excellent. He noticed the wash didn't get everything the first time, so he ran me through again. He went above and beyond to make sure it was handled properly.”
“Went there Jan 2025, much salt on car and wheels,.. really layered on. People there work hard especially the guy who first spays your car down before you go into and thru the main wash. Wipers at end took their time and cleaned mirrors, glass. Just a little salt remained on 2 car rims between the 7 spokes, which is understandable as the salt was caked. Rest of the car looked great. will go again.”

“If I can give more than 5 stars I would! I just got my 4Runner cleaned, and WOW. I love to ride with the windows down and this car has not been cleaned for 5+ years. The headliner was grey, and just gunk everywhere with 2 kids under 6, and I take it on the beach to go fishing so sand was everywhere. Lets just say it was a disaster! I get it back after only a couple of hours. These people did wonders. I am getting on the phone to get my wife's car done next! Oh and by the way they BLEW all other detailer out of the water on price. Fantastic business they have!”
“Erv was awesome, sprayed and pre washed along with air freshener. There is also another guy, Brandon that is super sweet! Thank you. Just a brushed werent / haven’t worked in over a week. Also, drying portion should dry my car so I don’t need to get out of car and finish drying with a rag. Owners , should re adjust drying”
“It’s the best car wash because it has my all time number one favorite touch free system which is called magic wand nexus where it always does a excellent job cleaning my mom’s vehicle so usually i come to this location every august of each year since this one does awesome”
“The place is great, other than one constantly reoccurring problem. The stacks of dryers on the rear wall of the building do not dry at the same rate of speed. I loaded my clothes, half in the top dryer, the equal amount in the dryer directly under the top one. I put the same exact amount of money in both dryers, on the same temperature, and at the end, the clothes in the upper dryer were super dry, however the bottom dryer still had almost half the clothes still damp. Not overloaded, nothing super heavy, just doesn't work like the other, upper dryers do.”

“Their touch free automatic wash bay did a good job cleaning all the dirt off my moms car and the system is rare vintage that works great and even their parking lot for the vacuums are in good condition”
“Staff have been friendly and the wash does a good but not great job. Their rinse is not nearly long enough. While not small, it is not as tall while being the same length as normal cars. Soap is always left after the rinse. Also which I can understand to an extent of getting cars through, the belt pushes you through the forced air way too fast not getting much water off at all resulting in the need to have it hand dried which ends up taking more time than if it just went slower.”

“I recently went to Colbert's Car Care, and it was a great experience. The staff there was friendly and helpful, and they explained everything they were going to do to my car. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car really well and it looked almost brand new for my 2004. The price was great for the work that they did. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants their car to look clean and well taken care of. I’ll for sure be coming back!”
