Every time I go to CVS I get greeted the pharmacy and everyone that works there in the back they're very very kind do not have to wait too long to get waited on and the store is always very clean and organized CVS thorndale Pennsylvania.

Horrible customer service. “Manager” kept telling me I was playing a blame game because one of the techs processed my expired prescription & now I can’t get my active prescription filled. The manager was disrespectful & unprofessional.

Terrible, if you’re a new patient do NOT choose this place to handle your medication. If they’re not rude, they’re wrong, especially during calls (if you get one). Consistently deferring calls and never returning them for questions regarding medications that would cause serious withdrawal symptoms or life threatening complications. Still have not heard back after hours of waiting (they say an hour, sure) and they tell me to use the app to “track” so no humans involved we have moved past that in pharmaceuticals.
*Update CVS never called I’m posting my request for a call as proof I’ll post my phone log if I have to. I also get an automated message saying I will have to speak to the pharmacist in person instead of just RETURNING MY CALL.
Transfer pharmacies is my suggestion if you’re at wits end. GIANT, Wegmans, Walmart, anywhere but this money pit that wants to bleed you dry without ever servicing you. It’s shocking there’s anyone there for pickup the way they avoid patients.

We come to dropoff UPS packages once a while. The customer service is horrible! None of the workers care about helping customers. They let people wait for almost 20 min when they have machine down and not even care to say sorry or give a solution like 'there is a UPS drop off point nearby'. We searched map and found out a UPS access point within 5 min driving. No need coming back again 🙃

This pharmacy is the worse it’s been in years!.
The drive through is always backed up and only one lane is open, and inside is just as bad!. You wait in long slow moving lines all to get to the help desk to be told a prescription your Dr put In days ago isn’t ready!. There is more than enough people working back there!. Why is it this slow!?.

Their pharmacies refused to answer their phones for the last couple of years. Now they have installed a system where you have to leave a voicemail and the pharmacy will call you back, again, not answering their phones. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU DONT WANT TO ANSWER PHONES AND TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

I couldnt take it any more- they use the pick up section in the pharmacy ignoring the consultation window... meanwhile six people are waiting while a woman changed the name on her script-- was that necessary? It has gotten worse over the years- my family and I switched-- no respect for other people's time

After searching, I couldn't locate a pharmacy item in the allergy aisle and so I went up to the pharmacy to ask for help. I LOVE when the response is, "If we had it.. it would be in aisle....". Anyway, I said nicely that I know you have it, I just can't locate it. I know they are probably understaffed but even if they would go on the intercom and ask some other employee in the store to help me would have been great. But to no avail. Took me about 10 more minutes to finally find it. Would have probably taken them two seconds.
