Abysmal service. No notification that my script was even ready to be collected. I called them to see, they made no mention of needing ID to collect it. I wanted to make a purchase while I was there too and she asked me if I wanted it now or later. I mean obviously I want it now, I’m trying to buy it! I had to leave and come back to collect the prescription.They took my ID and the girl didn’t know how to enter it into the system taking even longer. Not to mention the price!! I’ll stick with CVS in future.

Adequate grocery store. Sometimes clean, sometimes not. The worst section of this store is the deli. Not enough help and the pre-sliced is all Giant brand meats, sliced thick in pounds. Sucks! If you order ahead, you still get a number as people steal your order if left unattended. Best section of this store is the group of self checkouts. Someone is always there to help don’t go in the single self checkout lines, no one will help you there. Giant donuts are wonderful, but it’s overall lacking otherwise. It’s hit or miss.

It's ok. They are pretty good with a quick in and out when picking up your prescription. If you need anything else though, it's a nightmare. Each time I've gone, I've been asked about 4 times if I wanted text alerts. I said yes every time and each time they never did it. Why ask then? Most of the techs are very short of patience & understanding. While I empathize with the issues within the pharmaceutical industry, it is unacceptable to treat people who need their medication that way. You are dealing with medication that most people NEED and I feel as if it is not treated as such by these people. My medication is controlled, often has shortages, and the techs are extremely rude to me when I ask what's going on, when will I be able to get my medication that I NEED again? They are nothing but rude to my face, acting like I'm an inconvenience.

For the most part, I can always get my medicines and shots in a timely manner. Somewhat personal.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. If anyone has gone to CVS recently, Giant pharmacy is an absolute breath of fresh air. I am usually in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and the people are always super nice. Also, they are cheaper than most pharmacies.

I’ve been coming to this store ever since I was a little kid, so I decided to try their pharmacy. Worst decision ever. Picking up prescriptions should be simple, but they didn’t hesitate one bit to make me feel unwelcome and foolish for coming at all. I went to the technician and asked for a paper and pen since I cannot hear and am deaf, simple, right? No. The guy didn’t understand me which was fine, but he turned around to this rude lady in the back, Ann Marie Lesse, who scoffed and rolled her eyes at me as if I was incoherent or something. I had to ask again 3 times for paper and pen, then once I started having an attitude, she quickly started being nicer. So yeah no, I’m never coming back to this pharmacy. Don’t know what they have against deaf people, that was just unnecessary.

No milk in pick up order. Ordered milk, eggs, and diapers. The person who came out couldn't tell me that 1/3 of my order was missing??? No milk in the whole store? Wegmans and acme have milk.

First time using Giant Direct, they call me 45 minutes before I'm to pick up my order to cancel it. Used a code to get $30 off order, now when I go to place an order for a different day and time, say I can't use code again. Unbelievable

I just went in for thanksgiving preparations and though the last few months the shelves have been bare due to shipping issues, they were rocking it!!! Shelves were full and packed, employees working so hard unpacking. Your hard work was noticed and the place looked great!! Found everything i needed

I bought meat there came home to find 5lbs of it was straight up fat. GROSS. Called 3rimes they said someone would call to discuss since I showed them pictures of the fat on the scale. Of course no one called or cared. I can't stand Giant. Go to Crops

I was in line at thorndale giant and asked the woman working in floral the price of a hanging basket that was near her work area. She said she didn't know and never came back to help me. Sale fail as she didn't seem to want to be there
