Amazing people for sure , my 81 year old mother was just there for a tire change because she had a flat tire, these great people changed her tire and didn’t charge her a red Penny. This Goodyear has always been amazing. I’ve been a customer over 25 years … and things like this will always keep me coming. Thanks Goodyear.. yall earned 20 stars this day..

Update:I would like to thank the manager of Goodyear, Chris, for reaching out today to rectify the situation. Of all days, Mother’s Day, he called to apologize for the miscommunication and refund the diagnostics fee.
Super disappointed with the lack of informed consent. As a woman, you put trust in the men around you who are there to help you. These mechanics did not. I feel as though I was taken advantage of . I was told over the phone that the cost of the repair would be $240. At pickup I was told it would be another $180 for a “diagnostic fee”. I felt backed in the corner like I had to pay something I wasn’t made aware of previously due to the fact that they still had possession of my keys. I’ve talked to multiple people who agree that I should have only had to pay what I was quoted. This is extremely unprofessional and dishonest treatments to a single mom on a budget that has been a return customer.

My husband went in yesterday due to a flat tire on our bus. Our tires are incredibly hard to get off and usually expensive. Christopher and everyone were amazing and great prices. Thank you guys for your help! Highly recommend!

Old school customer care that is rare these days!
I had an exceptional experience at the Goodyear Tire in Thorndale, PA. Linda was incredibly kind and professional, ensuring that I felt valued and respected as a customer. The technicians were equally professional and courteous, providing top-notch service without pushing any unnecessary sales on me.
I've been a loyal Goodyear customer and credit card holder for the past 7 years, and I've always had fantastic experiences at Goodyear centers across several states. The consistency in high-quality service is truly commendable.
One important tip for fellow customers: make sure to check the manufacturing date on your new tires, as they are required to provide this information. My tires today were manufactured in 0624, which I appreciated knowing.
Overall, I highly recommend the Goodyear Tire in Thorndale, PA for their outstanding service and professionalism. Thank you, Linda and the team, for another great experience!

Great customer service for me, not so much for a Spanish speaking gentleman behind me. The employee kept asking the same question, over and over, clearly getting annoyed with either the customer or his own inability to understand him. Giving him the benefit of doubt. Only issue I had was the price. Other places in the area do inspections for around 44 bucks...it was 77 here.
