We went to Kohls after finding a pot online at a great price. The app said it was in stock and we needed to make dinner. I could have ordered it for pickup, but it was quicker to just go buy it in store. Unfortunately, we couldn't locate what we wanted. We asked at Customer Service and a young man went with us to help us find it. We were checking out within a few minutes! Excellent experience!
I was back at Kohls just a few days after posting this and had another excellent experience with Deborah, who found exactly the little mirror that I was looking for when I didn't even know what department to start in.

On Apr 6 around 3 or 4pm, the lady in the back at CS was anything but CS. Ignored me and took the lady behind me first? Probably unloved at home.
What a miserable sack of existence.
On the up side, the African American woman at Jewlery was super nice and helpful. She directed me where to go with genuine kindness and not just put on a fake smile.

Talking about this Kohls, I'm always a fan of Kohl's shopping. This location has some good shopping places near to it like Giant, Papa John's Pizza, Domino's Pizza, Applebee's , so you can spend some time at other shops when you plan to shop. Now, coming to the shopping option within the store, they always carry a good collection of clothing for the entire family. The staff is usually friendly come on that is Apple amount of parking available within the shopping center. Year around, they replenish the stock, which makes it easier for us to buy several varieties of seasonal clothing. The store also takes Amazon returns.
