Went on a Monday morning to cvs minute clinic, was given an antibiotic ointment for eye infection. I was told if it didn't get better to go to emergency room. 3 days later my eye is worse. I went to urgent care and was given steroid drops by a doctor. I don't have insurance. Wasted $150 at cvs for wrong Diagnosis. Wasted money and days being sick on vacation.

Walked in for my appt and no one was there. Someone who worked there said the Practioner went home because it was “slow.” on the website it gives you multiple time slots for that day so that was a little triggering. Go to kennett, been there twice and it has always been good.

NOT walk in as they claim on the website. I "walked in" and was turned away!

Absolute garbage! I waited an hour only to find out they didn't open at all on Sunday, and didn't tell anyone else in the store. I only found out once the pharmacy reopened after lunch because they hadn't seen anyone there all day.

This was the worst experience over. The clinician was rude, nasty, ignorant and arrogant. Her name is Navpreet Gill. When I asked her for her name she told me she did not have to give it to me. Typically people are late however, I was 25 minutes early and was told to wait. No problem. After my 12 year old son was swabbed, she rudely told us to wait. A few minutes later I inquired to just have the results emailed to me which began the huge insulting and demeaning conversation which ended in her cursing and yelling at me. When I told her, cursing at me was inappropriate, she then told my 12 year old to take his mother. I will be escalating this as she then REFUSED to provide my child with his results in a PANDEMIC. Clearly this is her pattern of behavior, don't take my word for it...read the previous reviews. Lucky for me, my son was recording the entire incident, as she threatened to call the police on me after she cursed at me, right before she dropped her crocodile tears. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Board of Nursing, CVS and the State of Pennsylvania.

What a horrible experience. I arrived past my appointment time. I understand i was late. There were no other patients in the waiting area. Practitioner came out disheveled looking, slugging her gallon of water and rudely told me I needed to reschedule because I was late. She repeated this several times even after I told her I had no problem rescheduling. When I told her she was being overly angry about the situation she went on a tirade about appointment times then stormed into her office. I let out a "Jesus Christ" and she burst back out, confronted me with "are you sure YOU'RE NOT the one who's angry?" And then proceeded to yell at me to leave. Total disgrace! Do we count the many times I've showed up to appointments on time and sat for over an hour to be seen? I was so shocked by her complete lack of customer service I didn't even get her name. And I had my child with me and didn't want to continue to have a confrontation. I will never be back.

Don't do what I did- check to see if they have the services listed on their site before visiting or booking an appointment. They're also incredibly understaffed so it seems which, is no fault of their own.

Absolutely horrible! I arrived on time for my appointment at 12:40pm. Waited until 1:20 with NO call... only to find out my sick son wouldn’t be seen until after lunch. The lady tried to close the door without talking to me as I told her I would need to cancel. no one was even going to inform me that it would be another 1hr 48 min wait. Horrible service.

Registered online and waited over an hour to be seen. Doctor walked in an out of rooms (yet there were no patients going in and out and no one was ahead of me) without so much as an acknowledgement. Won’t be doing that again. The only saving grace was I could check myself out; and the new area is nice and clean. I love this CVS. I live in Coatesville and still go to this one because I love the staff. Very disappointed.

The prescriber was rude and confrontational the entire visit . She asked me personal questions about my past physical history that had nothing to do with my sick visit and was rude when i told her i wasn’t discussing it with her . She then refused to treat my pink eye and instead decided to “ refer” me. Who refers someone for pink eye ? Such a shame. This place use to have real quality. The new hires are so subpar .

Had always had very positive experiences here and would give the clinic and staff the highest of ratings. Recent employee hires have caused me concern. Rude, poor listening skills, failure to read the chart, unprepared, and utterly confrontational when questioned. Hopefully this is a learning curve, but this lady needs lots of training on patient care and customer service.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. I went there to get a physical for my 12 year old son, and had to wait there for about 2-2 and a half hours, that turned into about 3 hours. The thing was, there were only about 2 people In front of me. They took forever to finish, and when it was our turn to go, they said that they closing in 5 minutes, and said we would have to come back next time. It was a horrible experience, and I will never go to another Minute Clinic again.
