After my friends tire blew out and the donut put on we went to Firestone for a new tire. When we got there we were told that they couldn’t help us and to go someplace else or come back another day (there was only one customer in the place and only one car in the service bay). So we drove down to Macis Discount Tires Thorndale. It was like night and day. Mason greeted us and couldn’t be any nicer. Took the car, replaced the tire, checked the other tires, reset the computer and had us on our way within a half hour. I would highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires Thorndale! I will go no place else from now on!!

I am super impressed with the kindness and promptness Victor and Michelle showed to us today. I had gotten a flat tire yesterday and needed to know if the tire could be saved with a plug or if I needed new tires. I wasn't charged for the time so I offered them a tip. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely recommend Mavis Discount Tires in the future!!

Mason and the other staff at Mavis are such a great help! I had a nail in my tire and called in. They told me to drive in right away so they could get my tire plugged. It took less than 20 minutes and I was able to make it to work on time. The customer service is great.

Stopped in with my wife to get a rear tire plugged recently. Mason got us taken care of and in and out in less than 10 minutes. Mavis is by far the best in promptness and customer service!

I highly recommend the Thorndale location. I got an appointment easily after my tire went flat the night before. Mason was speedy, diagnosed the issue, and patched it right up. Great customer service all around!

Stop by today with a nail in my tire. The techs at Mavis plugged my tire and reset the air pressure for no cost. This was a pleasant surprise since this is the first time I ever visited them.
