I can’t take the horrible service of this Giant anymore!! From being ignored at the meat counter to the slow or nonexistent employees at the deli and fried chicken counters. Today was it for me. I was initially treated very rudely at the customer service counter with someone telling me I was wrong about something then to track me down because I was correct, she did apologize but it was a little late. I go to the deli counter and order my lunch meat on the computer then continue with my shopping. I get everything I needed and go to the deli counter to wait for my order. I’m standing there for 10 minutes while my number gets called yet my order isn’t there. I ask a kid working at the counter why my order isn’t there, he tells me it’s not ready yet, but my number was called. A nice young man comes out to check and finds my slip written with “chicken scratch” saying “don’t order anymore.” He apologizes to me thinking someone walked off with my food then goes behind the counter. The kid behind the counter tells me they don’t make those store brands anymore which is why it wasn’t filled. Then WHY is it in the computer????? Other than it not being taken out as an option, at the very least, call me to the deli counter to tell me it isn’t available!!! By the way, this kid also served his friend ahead of about 10 other people. They were on #113, his friend was 123 or 124. I really don’t think I’ll be going back, at least not for a long time anyway! Will also be writing to the corporate office.

First time using Giant Direct, they call me 45 minutes before I'm to pick up my order to cancel it. Used a code to get $30 off order, now when I go to place an order for a different day and time, say I can't use code again. Unbelievable

I just went in for thanksgiving preparations and though the last few months the shelves have been bare due to shipping issues, they were rocking it!!! Shelves were full and packed, employees working so hard unpacking. Your hard work was noticed and the place looked great!! Found everything i needed

Over all like giant, but you guys have to do something about the deli. Take those order screens away if you can’t keep up. I understand your busy, but today it literally took 1&1/2 hours to get the text that my order was ready. I gave up after about 45 min, and left with no deli meat. And unfortunately this is a pretty consistent problem here.

We bought several briskets this is the fat off of half of one. I paid for well over 4 pounds of fat. Come on Giant. I do all my food shopping here. You can do better.

I’d recommended not overbooking Giant Direct on a Friday night...been waiting 45 min. Not happy. If it’s late, those who are waiting should be discounted. You have a whole 1 hour window!
