Isaiah A. was so professional and nice when he came to set up my new tanks. He answered all my questions! I also received up to date texts throughout the process! Every time I called Keystone, they were so nice and called back when they said they would. Great Customer Service!

Called for refill. Phone answered promptly by a human. They said they'd be out to fill up our propane. Easy peezy. The war things used to work, but they're still doing it right!

The service technician that came to my home to service / fill up my propane was very knowledgeable of their job and discover a small gas leak that was on the valve going to the whole house generator, which was great because any gas leak is not a good thing and the technician was able to fix the problem in a timely matter and get everything back on line going again. Great service people / technician's Keystone has.

Keystone propane came out during a prolonged power outage for an urgent refill,the generator has been running for days and tank is getting low. This is the second time they helped us out of a simular situation. Big thanks to all of you at keystone! helping to keep my family safe and warm.
