I spoke to this gentleman about the nature of his shipments and the type of services we could offer him for any freight he might have, and normally people are very put off by being offered a service they may not need. He handled the call with grace, and I could tell he was such a good man that I just had to come write this review. This seller is one of the few really customer oriented dealers.Delivered what he promised with outstanding customer service and technical support, no mention his excellent, super competitive price. Actually nobody else was even close to his price.

Have purchased a large drop down screen and now a new 4K projector from Ralph and I just won't go anywhere else for my AV needs until I check with him first. The customer service is flawless and I haven't been able to get close to his prices from any other authorized dealer. Do yourself a favor and email Ralph. You won't regret it.
