Not helpful at all in the Essington branch going to change banks I just got rushed off the phone and it's not the first time The Ridley branch is much better but I dont live close to them anymore .

The teller Lauren that works there is extremely rude. I'd avoid her if you can. Always on her phone, and has a attitude.

Trying to refi our house but Jean never gets back to us. My son left her a few voicemails but she never returns them. Terrible customer service. I guess they don't need our business, time to look elsewhere.
