“I went to Olivia’s with my partner for a weekend and wow - Great location, super quiet and private yet a walk away from all the restaurants and the bridge to cross over to Lambertville. The staff and owner were wonderful and so kind. Card games in the living room and little snacks laid out throughout the day. I couldn’t have had a better experience.”
“I spent two nights at this lovely B&B last week. My room was snug and cozy, the food was delicious, and the hostess is the most charming I have met, to date.”

“Absolutely love this place—quiet, serene, yet near the main streets of New Hope and Lambertville, and a short distance from Peddlers Village. A short walk too from McCaffrey’s supermarket and St Martin of Tours church. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, the breakfast is delicious and feels like home. The staff and owners are friendly and staying here feels like visiting friends. The best!”

“Charming. Only dined at restaurant. It is upscale yet casual, attractive, historic-chic. The best thing this place had going for it was the ambiance, which was a 10. I loved the front porch outdoor seating among lush gardens and hanging ferns, right on a main street. Inside is beautiful, with a 3 piece jazz band playing wonderfully on a Saturday night; added a sophisticated and romantic mood echoed in the decor and design of the intimate restaurant. The food was decent, but should have been more impressive for the price. Dishes were somewhat simple and ingredients were average quality. Edamame, oysters and curry were good, Thai style noodle dish was average. Presentation was good. We were disappointed with a few of our cocktails and mocktails; flavors weren't balanced, had to send back with suggestions, still came back not tasting good, yet we enjoyed the use of fresh herbs in the drinks. Service was professional and polite. They allowed the well-behaved, quiet dog in our party to accompany our outdoor seating spot. Overall, I would still love to dine here again, very lovely atmosphere and in the pretty, quaint river-side town of Frenchtown.”

“My 3rd time back in 2 years!
Really love this place. It's quaint, clean, and inexpensive when compared to other places in New Hope.
There is a restaurant on-site but have never eaten there.
Yea, the rooms are dated but that adds to the charm. Mostly for me, it's a great place to spend the night without paying for the extra amenities that I wouldn't be using.
Next trip back, I know where I'm staying!”
“Was pleasantly surprised by my impromptu stay here. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet had many things to choose from. I wasn't planning a stay, but needed to book a room immediately when the roads were too foggy and even at midnight, it was seamless service. I booked in the car and my room was ready no problem. Nice family vibe here!”
“The Girl who works days time is very nice. The rest not so much.. someone stole my purse with phone 2nd day here down the street at wawa and kid at night would not even make a call for me.. the girl she was kind n patient though..she helped me through it..”
