Given all the past negative reviews, the people we met today deserve some credit.
We were passing through and had a package of mail forwarded here. Unfortunately it was running late so had not arrived, but Ashley and Tracey were a pleasure to work with, and promised us that they would keep us informed and forward the package to our next destination.
I can't speak to the delivery service in the town, but the staff in the post office couldn't have been more helpful.

The mail lady hase not delivered my mail in a week and what mail she did deliver was to a different address. I hade a certified piece of mail that was being delivered last week and she never attempted to come to the door even though there were 2 cars in the driveway. She has also drove on my landscaping around the mail box and almost broke my edging that I have around the mail box. She is very unprofessional.

You need a new mail lady. She lies and says she “attempted” to deliver packages that need a signature and she doesn’t even get out of her car. The other day I went outside in the rain because I had been expecting a parcel and got a notification that a delivery was attempted before she pulled away and had to flag her down. The package had taken over a month and contained a very expensive item. She was very angry that I made her get out in the rain when I had to literally run out with no shoes to catch her. Older lady with brown hair, don’t know what her name is. But she definitely doesn’t deserve her job. She’s rude, unprofessional and lazy.

We have times we are waiting for deliveries, and get notified there was an attempt and our mail lady doesn't even try to get the items to our house refuses to get out of her car to walk the items to our porch. I really think she needs a performance review because I know alot of people on her route have complaints.

Just got a new address last tuseday and I still never go my mail the last address I had, had a PO box and the new one has a mail box and I heard that with mail boxes they put your mail in with the other peoples and I have important thing coming in the mail with my money and my Social Security number on them and if it goes to someone else and they use my thing then I might not be a member there no more because I'm not going to jail or pay a big Bill because the post man or lady can't put the mail in the right box if that is an issue then they need to be fired and get replaced with someone who can put the right mail with the right box and it's sad how in today's world if people get thangs in there mail they open it and use it that pisses me off more because they should look at the name and if it's not there's then they should take it back to the post office.

Called this morning and spoke to Deb. Regarding past tenants mail remaining in both mailboxes as they did not submit a forwarding address. She was extremely pleasant and understood and will relay the message to the carrier who by the way is a friendly postal carrier and always delivers mail on time and is friendly when I see him. Very great service, never have any problems with this post office and would recommend them to anyone in our community as they are always friendly and courteous. Also, they are willing and able to assist with any mail issues that arise.

Deb and her co-workers always go above and beyond my expectations. They are pleasant and cheerful, and just a great asset to the town.
