Amy was wonderful. Went in with issues on my Galaxy S22Ultra not connecting and having service. Realized was due to phone being outdated and so upgraded to S26+Ultra and got the Galaxy8 watch. She was also able to fix a problem with my mom's phone. Her customer service was exemplary.

I’ve never encountered someone in a store who was at the same time busy and completely calm and in control. Amy at the Verizon store in Titusville PA handles it all with aplomb. She helped me out completely after loosing my phone. Highly recommend

The people in that Verizon store go above and beyond what there job is. They make sure to help us pick a device that fits our needs the best. I go there whenever I have any problems or accessories. Aaron is awesome and much appreciated!!!!.
