They never answer their phones. I have been trying to reach them for a week and a half, we are disabled and wanted to know if they carry Christmas scratch offs as the PA lotto says, before making a trip there. But no one ever answers to let me know. Poor customer service.

This place is the worst! They seem to hire the wrong people every time! The minute I walk in the store I’m being followed by some lady that works there and she just kept tryna act like she was tagging items so I didn’t really mind but I noticed she wouldn’t take her eyes off me and that I was being followed..ALL WHILE HAVING MY CHILD WITH ME . Was it because my hood was on? Who knows but the min I turned around and said “ you know you are very creepy and you not going to learn until someone really slap you” and this isn’t the first time but it would be the last! I’ll travel to mount pocono now!!

I came in ready to shop and had a full cart, but when I politely asked to use the restroom, the clerk claimed they “didn’t have a key.” The manager then repeated the same excuse, making it clear they just didn’t want to bother. I had no choice but to leave my FULL cart of items and shop elsewhere. This shows a total lack of customer care and respect. Management at this store clearly does not value customers, and it’s unacceptable. A store that won’t let paying customers use the restroom doesn’t deserve paying customers. I walked out and won’t return. This store and its management clearly don’t care about customers.

This store has drastically deteriorated in so many areas! For the first year things obviously seemed fine but now it stays messy and there is absolutely no customer service. they continue to get rid of associates that display the same attitude of not speaking or talking to customers. I have gone into this location a number of times and now there’s a young lady that either has earbuds in her ears or is on her phone all the time (Bri) but refuses to smile greet or talk to the customers even as they are getting rung up. What a terrible associate she is not acknowledging people standing directly in front of you or saying thank you or you’re welcome when the customer says thank you to her! I would rather drive to family dollar, Dollar tree or Walmart and give them my business ( and this is out of my way by 6-10 miles and I’d be passing dollar general). It seems there needs to be a training program implemented or an assessment test for them to pass on “customer service”! The young lady (Bri) seems she is always miserable or doesn’t like her job. I run a business and it is VERY important to interact with the customers and my entire crew knows this. I have refrained from putting a comment for quite some time but I literally watched her with other customers and it’s the same attitude. If (Bri) or anyone that displays this type of attitude maybe they should look for employment elsewhere that allows this type of customer service! The store only runs 1 register with a line up to 10 people while management or leaders ( not all of them ) sit in the office or are no where to be found. Theres a self check out that I understand is out of service due to “theft” - but why take up this space when there could be another register there? Technically I’d rather deal with a self check out if I’m not getting greeted or thanked by an actual employee cause I’d expect no interaction with a computer. I have participated in as well as watched customers put things down and leave due to the slowness of getting checked out ( up to 10 min wait time ) this store can do better because right now it is a disgrace to have them take up an area in our community especially with the customer service that’s not provided and we spend our money here (well I won’t be for a while)! I would have given a 0 star rating but it won’t let you!

They have this rude cashier who doesnt know how to greet her customers. Anyone can literally walk out with merchandise and not pay for it because no one is up front watching anything.... they need to get better people...

This store is disgusting and the FDA should put them out of business how dare they sell EXPIRED FOOD FROM AUGUST 2011 and NOV 2021 I have been so sick in my house that my best friend bought food from there as a care package because I don’t want to leave my house and get others sick and here it is EXPIRED GROCERIES FYI I SUFFER FROM SEVER STOMACH ISSUES THANK GOD THAT AS SOON AS I TASTED THE FOOD IT TASTED AWFUL AND I QUICKLY LOOKED AT THE EXPIRATION DATE AND THAT WHAT I SAW I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT LOOK OUT FOR YOURSELF AND CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
